Refund Policy
We sell real active phone numbers that qualify as port-in numbers for US wireless carriers. Once we deliver your number to your email, the sale is final. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund. We are not affiliated with any wireless carrier. Carrier offers, pricing, and eligibility requirements are set by the carrier — not by NuNumbr — and can change at any time without notice.
1. What We Sell
NuNumbr LLC ("NuNumbr", "we", "us") sells real active US phone numbers ("port numbers") that customers use to port into wireless carrier accounts when activating new lines.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any wireless carrier, device manufacturer, or retail store. We are an independent phone number reseller operating under FCC number portability regulations.
2. What You're Buying
When you purchase from NuNumbr, you receive:
- A real active US phone number that can be used as a port-in number when activating a new carrier line
- Instructions for using the number at a carrier store or online activation portal
You are not purchasing a carrier plan, a physical device, a specific promotional offer, or a guarantee of any carrier discount or pricing. All carrier offers, plan pricing, device pricing, and promotional terms are set entirely by the carrier and are subject to change without notice.
Important: NuNumbr has no control over carrier offers, pricing, or eligibility decisions. Always verify current carrier offers directly with the carrier before purchasing a port number from us.
3. Eligibility — Your Responsibility
Carrier new-customer offers have eligibility requirements set by each carrier. By purchasing from NuNumbr, you confirm that you have verified your own eligibility with your chosen carrier prior to purchase. Common eligibility restrictions include:
- Some carriers require that you have not been a customer within a specified period (e.g., 90 or 180 days)
- Some offers are for new customers only and exclude existing or recent customers
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at all carrier store locations
- Carrier offers may vary by location, device, and plan selection
- Carrier offers are available while supplies last and subject to carrier discretion
NuNumbr is not responsible for carrier eligibility denials. If a carrier declines to apply a promotional offer for any reason, your port number has still been delivered and the sale is final. We strongly recommend contacting your carrier to confirm your eligibility before purchasing.
4. Refund Policy
Full refund guaranteed: If we fail to deliver your port number to your email within 24 hours of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Email hello@nunumbr.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order confirmation number.
All sales are final after delivery. Once your port number has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout, the transaction is complete and no refunds will be issued. Port numbers are digital products — delivery to your email constitutes fulfillment.
No refunds are issued for:
- Carrier eligibility denials at the time of store or online activation
- Carrier offer expiration, modification, or discontinuation after your purchase
- Change of mind after the port number has been delivered
- Carrier store refusal to apply any promotional offer for any reason
- Incorrect email address provided at checkout
- Failure to activate within any applicable carrier promotion window
5. Carrier Offers Change — Verify Before Purchasing
Wireless carrier promotional offers change frequently and without notice. While we make every effort to provide accurate general information on our website, we do not guarantee the availability, terms, or pricing of any carrier offer at any time.
We strongly recommend contacting your chosen carrier directly — or contacting us at hello@nunumbr.com — to confirm the current offer before purchasing a port number. NuNumbr will not issue refunds if a carrier offer has changed or expired after your purchase date.
6. No Carrier Affiliation
NuNumbr is an independent phone number reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any wireless carrier, mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), device manufacturer, or retail outlet. Any carrier names referenced on this website are used for informational purposes only to describe carrier compatibility.
7. Delivery
Port numbers are delivered digitally to the email address provided at Stripe checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 1–3 hours of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you have not received your port number within 24 hours, contact us immediately at hello@nunumbr.com with your order confirmation number. NuNumbr is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, email provider outages, or other factors outside our control. Always check your spam folder before contacting support.
8. Use of Port Numbers
Port numbers sold by NuNumbr are real active US phone numbers intended for use in wireless carrier line activations. By purchasing, you agree to use your port number in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, FCC regulations, and the terms of service of any carrier with which you activate a line.
9. Limitation of Liability
NuNumbr's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase. NuNumbr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to missed carrier promotions, lost time, economic loss, or any carrier decisions made independently of NuNumbr.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado. Before initiating any formal dispute, contact us directly at hello@nunumbr.com — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
11. Changes to These Terms
NuNumbr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting and reflected in the updated date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
